With a collaborative culture and a long‑term orientation, the firm is committed to delivering consistent, risk‑disciplined outcomes for investors while building depth and continuity within its investment team.

Middlefield is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Equities to play an integral role within its equity investment platform. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious and disciplined equity investor with experience in active portfolio management and fundamental research. They bring sound investment judgment, a strong understanding of portfolio construction and risk management, and the ability to clearly communicate investment ideas. Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative environment, this individual is motivated by the opportunity to grow within a stable, independent firm, expand their influence on portfolio decisions, and assume broader leadership responsibility over time as part of Middlefield’s long‑term investment platform.
