The Vice President, Canada role represents a unique opportunity to lead a high‑growth brand within a lean and entrepreneurial market structure. Reporting to the President, North America, the Vice President will serve as the senior leader for the Canadian business, shaping the commercial agenda and ensuring strong alignment with the broader North American strategy.
This position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on commercial execution. The Vice President will lead select key customer relationships directly and will be accountable for driving distribution gains, innovation launches, and category execution.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial leader with deep experience in the Canadian CPG landscape and a proven ability to manage a business of meaningful scale within a lean, entrepreneurial structure. This individual brings strong strategic acumen, financial fluency, and the ability to both set direction and execute with discipline.
